Begin your first course by sampling one of our sushi platters, a unique selection of either vegetarian or fish sushi rolls hand-picked by our Sushi Master-Chef. Follow this by one of our must try starters including Juicy Pork Dumpling (steamed with seasoned pork meat), Sesame Prawns (deep friend sesame dusted prawns with spicy sauce) and the house special Stuffed Crab (Crab meat with oriental herbs cooked in the shell and served with hot garlic sauce).
Begin your main course with an old Chinese classic, the Peking Roast Duck accompanied by Singapore’s favourite dish, The Singapore Chili Crab, two dishes that our master-chef’s cook to perfection. Our Thai Curries served with steamed Jasmine rice and our Bangkok Style Pad Thai noodles are everyone’s favourite and two of our most popular dishes.
We have an extensive vegetarian starter and main course selection led by our signature Pan Braised Broccoli and Tofu with Dry Red Chillies served with Sambal Oelek sauce. Eggplant in Hot Garlic sauce and veg dumplings with garlic sauce are must try’s.
